WHAT IS KINESIOLOGY?
Kinesiology is the scientific study of human movement, performance, and function, and applies the sciences of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics, and motor learning. Kinesiology utilizes science-based approaches, research, and assessment to aid in the enhancement of human performance and to assist in the prevention or rehabilitation of injury and other physiological conditions. We will put you through these assessments to get started in the right direction.
Applications of kinesiology to human health (i.e., human kinesiology) include biomechanics and orthopedics; strength and conditioning; sport psychology; methods of rehabilitation, such as physical and occupational therapy; and sport and exercise. we are experienced with diverse conditions such as car accidents (ICBC), post-surgical rehabilitation, and many others.

-
Post-car accident/personal injury rehabilitationImprove performance
-
Be educated on ways to improve health and fitness
